I can say from my experience so far that the 8% return has already been received, I got it 6 days after making my investment. I am happy because I can see the Car Park is already in operation and has been for a number of years but more importantly I can visit the Park Safe website as an imaginary customer and see for myself just how busy it is. My advisor last week told me to check for myself…. it was fully booked!
